just curious to know why many players don´t see others plane tail numbers ?

(I can see mine number, he can see his number)

Yeah, this happens to me too.
But I’m guessing it has something to do with how the livery is set up. Namely on using tail number.
I haven’t really experiment this that much though. But it looks like either your livery is not picking up your friend’s tail number.
Or that, I would simply make it blank/invisible, instead of a black box.
