The Nav data shortcomings are probably the only reason I haven’t bought it already.
Just tried the new mod by JayDee and performance much better. In cruise I got:
Gross weight 8300 lbs
PA 4500’
OAT 22C
Torque 1800 lbs
RPM 1750
KTAS 162
FF 350
Pretty close to perf tables.

Thanks for your feedback. Fuel Flow is slightly off. How precisely have you read the ff gauge?
Edit Nevermind ^^. You are actually not quite at max weight. That could fit with the FF.

It seems that the plane is not burning fuel. I flew for 30 minutes and burned 0 fuel.

Hey guys. Im flying over Papua New Guinea landing on a very short airstrips. When approaching, at 80knots, full flap, if I decide to Go Around, the Caravan (analog) does not respond right the way. It takes something like 20sec to bring the thrust back. Its almost impossible to keep managing the low speed. Im flying with a group of friends and everyone notice that. if you fly and try to do a stall, and then push full throttle, nothing happen. I bring the propeller back and forth, the engine kicks back to power.

Yes. This has happened to me when I retard the power levers into beta range on landing. Not a good idea as it takes time for the thrust to come back. This is really an issue with Asobo turboprop physics and the way the beta range has been simulated. I think.

Thx for your reply. There is a nice mod on flightsim website for the default caravan. I tried and worked well with no problems. Thats weird.
If you are referring to the EX mod, I have that too and I have experienced the same problems with the beta range in that mod as well.
It’s a turboprop, not a piston, so you won’t get that near instant power come in like you might expect.

Yeah I know. But, how they do a Go Around? Im talking about this Caravan Analog.
Like anyone else, making those decisions in a timely fashion. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take 20 seconds to spool up from idle.
I agree. doesn’t take 20sec on Default with Ex Mod. Only on Caravan Analog. I really dont know. I’ll make a video to see if you guys can help me on that.
Right after stall I push full power levers and nothing happens. The fuel flow react, torque react but no power thrust come.
After using the mod from jaydee and KP140 mod this plane is perfect.
Only experiencing a little problem with the trim. I can´t adjust it and i keep hearing a beep and the airplane keep going up. Using the logitech panel cant control the pitch either. Anything im missing here?
PT DOWN keep showing and i´m going to 13.500ft despite setting to 11.000ft.
Are you using KAP-140 autopilot mod?

managed to fix that i think. still getting used to KAP140 mod.
One thing i noticed im following the perfomance chart from the cessna manual
I have: 1750 rpm - torque 1200 - fuel flow around 280 and not getting 149 KIAS
Staying around 120kias.
according to the manual should Fuel Flow - around 265 and 149 KIAS
to get to 149 kias i need more power and fuel flow goes to around 340s
Analog shows around 125 and GPS shows 140
Noticed as well showing 15000ft+ on the garmin GTX and i´m at 14.000ft
now showing 15.000 on GPS while im still at 14.000ft and didnt change to 15.000ft
Also my Fuel needle keeps going between 5- 6 all the time.
if anyone spot something wrong im doing , any help is appreciated.
