Description of the issue:

Blacked out windows of all aircraft and helicopters while in VR.

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:

C172 and all others as shown in video.

Ocassional - not on every restart

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. Load up the game in VR mode.
2. This time I am noticing blacked out windows on my aircraft and the others as I walk about
3. Tried restarting career mission and changing graphics, nothing worked.

Seems a similar issue than reported here: Black box when entering VR. If so could you confirm ?. Could you try the workaround provided ?

Not the same, on mines every glass is black, even the parked aircraft, it is like the transparency has been lost in game.

• Yes, I encountered this twice (so very rare)

• In both cases it occured after some other issues in a previous flight attempt. In one case it seemed that the plane fell through the ground, I think it was in the turboprop certification. I restarted it and encountered this bug. Had to restart the whole sim to get rid of it. Second time was similar. Not related to particular aircraft. In my case with the Valve Index.

Same issue for me. I have hardly used 2024 since launch, but after the dev Q&A I thought I might try another career mission. Would make it my 4th. It went like this:

1. I removed the items on the walk around, but on jumping into the cockpit I instantly failed the mission… totally weird. Dropped back to 2D and everything was white-washed and the clouds were leaving ‘streaks’ in the world map and pre-mission pages.

2. I started another mission, and everything remained whitewashed (except the UI elements) after switching back into VR. Going into the aircraft, all windows were black.

I did try the DLSS4 swapper recently so that could be related, but it persisted in TAA mode. No other changes from stock MS2024 (no mods except the PMS50 and Navigraph panel).

Using a 3080 with latest drivers. HP Reverb G2.
