Which is the recommended Blender version for MSFS2024 SU2?
I don’t use Blender so can only provide information from others:
Your choice of Blender version would presumably be dependent upon compatibility with the MSFS Exporter. The Online 2024 SDK currently says:
As of version 1.3.x of this plugin, it is only compatible with Blender 3.3.x LTS and 3.6.x LTS. **Other versions are not supported.
but note that the SDK also says:
IMPORTANT! This part of the documentation has not been fully updated for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and is currently a work in progress.
So the information quoted above may be out of date.
Some developers are using Blender 4 and various Exporter versions but are encountering bugs:

So I think the amount of bugs / issues you are prepared to accept may determine your choice of version.
Thanks for your reply. There is for sure an issue with Blender and SU2 - I need to figure it out. Never had these issues before SU2.
I’d suggest posting on [MSFS 2024] Questions & Community Discussions topics - MSFS DevSupport
Hi! The Blender version that can be used without bugs is 3.6.16. I would really appreciate it if they updated this plugin for Blender 5.0, as several plugins do not work properly in that version.
I recommend you post a ticket to Zendesk - or join the DevSupport forum and entreaty the Asobo reps there - Eric, Sylvain, etc.
This whole thing is such a mess. I can’t even sign in to devsupport with my xbox account without it wanting me to create a new account. I’ve previously used it with my current xbox login. Is there a support page for DevSupport?
Thanks, must have missed this, although I cannot make a new account with my username here as it is ‘not available’. I do not wish to have a different user name here and on the dev forums!
And of course I cannot PM them without having signed in… ![]()
I’ve escalated your issue to the CMs. They can communicate with Asobo DevSupport admins.
I’ll get an email out to the SDK Team promptly so they can look into this for you. Sorry for all the trouble!
