The tension wheel of my saitek pro pedals seems to be blocked. There is no way to turn it left or right. Does anyone have clou for me to loosen it so that the tension can be adjusted again?
Thanks in advance
Norbert
Pretty sure you’d have to take some of the screws out to take the back plate off and look at it from the underside… you might have overtensioned the top knob inadvertantly. Dont know what the mechanism looks like, i sold mine quite a number of years back already, but never ran into that issue. Sorry.
Thanks, i will give it a try.
Does look like it’s just plastic inside… i was hoping to see a nut that you could loosen, but it looks more like you’d have to just look at the top, what the knob actually sais how to loosen the tension. If it’s stuck, you might have damaged the threads on it and probably wont be able to tighten again after you loosen it. You might just have to live with a heavier working pedalset… or just put new grease (that white goo almost looks like vaseline though) on the sliders, to make them less stiff. (you’ll find the sliders as you open it up.) Also, remove any dust in there that might have accumulated.
