I had this and I think I’ve figured it out, it looks like it is thermals being displayed. You can toggle them off by opening weather dialog and turning the show thermal switch to ON (if it’s off) and OFF again.
HOWEVER
The issue (for me ) seems to be a keybind in default FS2024 which ALT+6 is set to toggle thermals display. Now that is a problem as I use ALT+1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0 for custom camera views, so when I hit ALT+6 to change my custom camera I’m accidentally turning on thermals display. So check your keyboard bindings for “toggle 3d thermals display” and see if its bound to a key you are using elsewhere.
