Blurred runway and taxiway textures on Xbox still?

From above, is anyone on Xbox finding the runway textures extremely blurred still? I believe this was meant to be fixed. However the runway centre line appears pretty much as a series of dashes with the runway numbering very blurred too, is anyone else having this issue on Xbox still?

Im having this issue also. Been like it since sim update 10 for me

Exactly the same. It’s unbelievably annoying and immersion breaking.

I did post about this in General Discussion forum a while back and was told it was known LOD error, the incorrect value for distance had been entered by mistake and that it would be fixed with an update soon, that was November. It doesn’t appear that it has been corrected for some reason.

“We” had a huge discussion about this very thing on a thread during AAU1’s beta.

I determined that this exact same issue is occurring on PC and is not an exclusive-to-Xbox issue. It occurred on PC in SU11. Therefore, it’s also unrelated to the SU11 LOD bug for Xbox.

In this case, I am only specifically talking about runway textures and taxi way textures when viewed from height. Not specifically the overall textures in general. The runway appearance degrades massively for me at about 1000ft or so.

I did get this reply when I first started noticing it on Xbox.

My posts were all related to runway textures, specifically.

The entire discussion was nearly based on runway textures changing as altitude was increased/decreased.

The video created on PC illustrating the issue was filmed with the drone looking directly down on KHWD.

Ah ok. But only on certain peoples setups? I would have excepted that had this affected everyone, it would have been solved by now?

The way the discussion went with the CMs, it seems it may be how the sim was designed?

I just wanted to make sure it’s understood to be a platform-wide issue that isn’t unique to our Xboxes.

You might want to write it up as a bug/wishlist item in the hopes that it would be addressed.

I completely agree that it is, certainly, undesirable. I can offer this suggestion. Zinertek Enhanced Airport Graphics greatly reduces the effect.
