The more I test the more this seems like server data issues…
Oddly, reinstalling the sim has seems to help with this issue for some. I just reinstalled last night and have been getting a better data stream since.
It might be worth a try. The sim isn’t that large. A reinstall is pretty painless for those with fast connections.
