Blurry ground textures in MSFS 2024 - what are your experiences?

I have the same blurry textures, but not all the time.
If I fly during busy times it’s blurry. If I flay late at night in the UK the textures are fine.
I’ve been of the belief that this game being good or bad purely depends on server load.

I’m not good at taking screenshots and my 1080p display will make it even worse.

Can confirm this remains a major issue in the current build. I don’t understand why this still has yet to be addressed 2 years after release. MSFS2020 looks perfect by comparison, but with so many devs no longer supporting 2020, its getting harder to be able to use that sim with current releases of addon aircraft, scenery, etc. It doesn’t matter what settings I change, the scenery quality remains inconsistent. Sometimes its okay, other times it looks on par with FSX quality. I suspect the servers just cant handle the load at times.

I fired up 2024 again to try the national Park world update, I took the sky rascal over crater Lake, it looked like part of it was covered with snow, which was really weird. Mountains were morphing in and out as I turned my head and didn’t seem right. I then tried the Goodyear blimp because like why not? Took it over San Jose and the ground texture Still looks very dismal. I was blaming my computer system, but 2020 still looks way better. I’m not sure what’s going on but if they want to get me to switch, they’re going to have to fix those ground textures.

I launched 2020 today to compare the graphics in my area.
Night and day difference, I’m off 2024 until it’s fixed.
