I have AI Aircraft at 50%, Airport Vehicles at 50%, Ground Aircraft at 50%, Workers at 50% Leisure Boats at 90%, Road Vehicles at 90%, Ships and Ferries at 100%, Fauna at 100%. I also have some aircraft carriers. Nothing of this has changed lately. The non moving wakeless boats just started a few weeks ago. It was all good before that. One other guy on this topic said his boats weren’t moving either.
