I came across this. But I can’t find where to purchase this.

Just to update everyone here, this is an FTSim+ soundpack which is available at MSFS B748Genx - FTSiM+. Previously, I wasn’t able to join FTSim+ on Patreon, and I had contacted Patreon. They looked into the issue. They told me yesterday that FTSim accept new members now, and I was able to join.

Headwinds B787-9 comes with a choice of engines.

Don’t you mean the Horizon 787-9? Headwind is the a A330-900
