Borderless windowed mode

Yeah, hopefully that isn’t the end of their multi-monitor support support. :slightly_smiling_face:

I think this is till needed if you want to be able to have pop up windows on say a USB linked monitor but want to be able to change content depending on where you are in the flight cycle.
So something like the way all experienced users would pop out control windows in order to make the larger in X-plane. Yes, this is MS FS but it is the easiest way to explain it.
So in my own instance I link my iPad pro to my 3 screen setup and can instruments displayed there. With borders I give up a lot of space if I want to have both PDF & ND side by side. Without it would be much cleaner.
Also have been considering to add a fourth permanent touch monitor - overhead control panels - and haven’t decided what would be the easiest way to do this - but could be done as pop up window as fixed monitor would display different areas on different plane models.
Hope this helps on why I am looking for this feature.

Thanks and keep up the fantastic work..!

I use bordered windows all the time and would like to see these window lines in a different color to my liking, which i think is more a windows 11 problem than windows 10 or lower, where in window setup color could be changed by just click these lines and simply select the color simply said.
Windows 11 seems to work different and i just cannot find the right way to do so yet.even high contrast preset like nightsky seems to color all dark except for the lines on the borders and when it is the none selected window it stays white.
In my multi monitor setting i use to set screensize by these border which for is no hassle but it would be really nice to be able to blend and fit the color in on the cockpit colors and make it less noticeable.

Thanks for this topic and lets keep it open

Reviving this but instead of multi-monitor, I am interested in sometimes running the sim at less than full screen resolution on my super ultrawide display. I have a 5120 x 1440 resolution, so I want to be able to run a lower resolution (like 2560x1440) and not have the window title bar (e.g. for recording).

Set the Windows desktop resolution to whatever you like, then use fullscreen mode to match that. When done, change Windows desktop resolution back to fullscreen.

Check the configuration options on your monitor for aspect ratio to make sure it pillar-boxes instead of stretching.
