ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: Crash to desktop just after takeoff on cargo missions.
If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue: PC-12 and PC-24. Only ones I’ve tested.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue: Accepted an employee mission. Did the flight plan and pre takeoff. Taxied to start of runway and took off. Crashes around the initial climb hight / ATC interaction time.
