I have now had this problem in the Inibuilds A320 Neo V2, the A330 and the Fenix A320.
You do all the preparation including removing chocks.
Push back prepare to taxi and the aircraft will not move no matter what power you command or input to any joystick.
I have disconnected all joysticks and tried via keyboard nothing will clear it.
One thing I notice is that the front wheel also does not move to steer when this occurs.
It also seems to be random as a restart sometimes clears it and it works.
It is the most frustrating thing as you can spend 45minutes to and hour in preparation then have to close the sim and restart.
Adding to this post I have now had two sessions where a restart and try again results in no problem. So it seems to be that my joystick and bindings are not the source. It seems to be a random event.
To me its like an invisible set of chocks are still in place.
