Interestingly, I just set up my single Piston profile with just a throttle and mixture lever, and lo and behold the Mixture Axis appears normally, with a reverse axis option and in cockpit actually moves through the whole axis with the lever as it should.
I’m starting to think there is something amiss when using a Propeller axis in a profile.
