The Trim Wheel sucks. I found a video to setup vjoy via authentikit tuning app. I had it working but it was so overly sensitive i couldn’t fix it. I deleted both apps and reinstalled them but now they don’t show up at all in msfs controls page. Anyone have any way to fix this? Ive been messing with this trim wheel setup for weeks and its getting frustrating as Im wasting a lot of time on it. Device Manager says the vjoy device is working and I have made sure to turn on authenticator app before starting the sim.
I don‘t knownthe apps you use but I use Axis and Oh‘s for any control setups and it is perfectly adjustable there. It‘s very slow in most aircraft by default but you can dial it up as much as you want/need to.
I use Spad.next with mine. It is similar to Axis and Ohs. Only trouble is, you have to pay for these 3rd party interface applications. That’s a bit tough to swallow at first, but it has been worth it for me.
20€ for AAO. Spad is indeed quite expensive
Do you unbind your trim settings in MSFS? I’m not real sure how all this works. Then set them up in AAO?
Yes of course, I don’t use the ingame menu for any aircraft controls. It’s all external here
