using a logitech yoke, and a cessna 182, can’t program to have breaks released. Pop up instructions don’t work. Any ideas?
Search for BRAKES in the controls panes instead of breaks.

I did and I got no place. There isn’t any item for release of either brakes or breaks. Any other ideas?
One that configuration view be sure you’ve selected “All” (middle left) to display all of the options. The other two settings limit what’s shown to what you have already configured or that they believe is essential.
While you’re there take a look their default keyboard settings for “brake”.
When I worked in retail, I couldn’t wait until my break release!
