Brief description of the issue:
In some cities (such as San Francisco) bridges at least attempt to show distance between the bridge and water below. Yet, in cities such as Louisville, KY, a visual anomaly makes the bridges appear as solid objects where there is no suspension of bridges over water. Louisville is a city which includes photogrammatic scenery, so it does not seem logical that the bridges would appear differently than other photogrammic cities.
