I loved the “travel to” option in FS2020. I like big planes and those models are used mostly on long haul flights. The problem is, that between my job and family, I just don’t have enough spare time to spend hours on hours cruising over some vast ocean with not much happening. In FS2020 I was able to setup the plane, taxi, take off, reach cruising altitude, then skip ahead to the descend or approach phase (depending on how much playing-time was still left in my real-life schedule^^) and land the plane.
The ability to skip certain parts of the flight was such a great feature and I really hope, that it will make a comeback in FS2024!
I know, that some might just say that I should increase the sim-rate, but that would still be more inconvenient than the “travel to”-function from 2020.
So in short: bringing back that function to FS2024 would be such a nice treat for those of us, playing on a tight time-schedule
