Really sorry that I have to be negative, hate doing so, however, after installing the latest update the throttle on all aircraft both single and twin (Kingair, C172, Baron and Caravan, so it seems to only be the aircraft that have been updated in the new update) have erratic behaviour.
When pushed to full throttle, the throttle jumps back to half and when pulled to the closed position they jump back to half. I am using the Bravo quadrant.
Everything else seems to work fine.
I have checked the profiles and unplugged the controller, restarted the sim but, still the same result.
Has anybody else got this issue or is it just me.
Am going to try a fix by creating a new rofile for one aircraft ansd see if that fixes the issue.
Let me add to that the Milviz PC6
Getting a little weary of thing that were not broken being broken after an update, hohum.
Any feedback appreciated
OK, copying the existing profile to create a new one and then deleting the old one seems to have fixed the issue.
Thought I had it beat but, no still playing up. More investigative work to do
I have had some throttle issues, too.
But, I was trying to bring up a new profile. Have not actually flown the new update, yet.
I copied profiles for the Bravo and renamed them but, seems that this has not really fixed the problem.
I may try deleting all profiles except the default and set up new ones.
Will have to see how that works when I have the time.
It seems that every time an update is made something gets broken.
Ended deleting all profiles except default on the brave and setting up new ones, now working fine
I have the same problem, on my hotas warthog when I increase power to engines they go to Reverse. Tried to setup a reverse toggle key, then they wont go into reverse and i can set takeoff power. Immediatly after takeoff the engines go to idle or 1 of the engines goes to max power and the other one to idle. This was in the standard a320neo, already tried to delete all the profiles and used the default ones. Nothing works.
Thought the issue was fixed but, alas. Worked for a short period and the throttles commenced bouncing all over the place, so my fix didn’t fix the issue.
It is an obvious bug in the sim and needs to be addressed with some urgency.
Was there beta testing for this update and did this issue not come up in the beta testing?
Light bulb moment. I noticed that whenever I moved my mouse in the cockpit the throttles went crazy going back to cut off.
So, it seems, in my case that the mouse is the root of my problem. I had a special profile for the mouse, so I went back to the default mouse setting in controls and after testing in three or four aircraft all seems to be okay.
So, if you have a custom profile for the mouse try changing it to the default. Recreated my special profiler for the mouse, now all seems ok.
Good luck
