After update Fenix A320 to 1.0.3.125, the screens appear black.
You now have to manually turn up the brightness of each screen
You post was moved to the #third-party-addon-discussion:aircraft category since this is where the Fenix A320 is discussed.
A solution also appears to have been posted, so if that works for you, please mark the post as the “Solution”. Thanks.
When zooming in onto this screenshot all display turn-knobs seem to be set to maximum brightness… hmm…
Maybe dimming the brightness down to zero until the screen is switched off, and switching the screen on again might solve the problem?
Maybe check that the Fenix app is running in the background and that you’re logged in?
If the fenix-app wasn’t loaded you cannot go into the performance screen on the EFB.
I cannot make out if the switches are all turned on, but i guess that’s the solution for this, or he has no power on the plane

You need to increase the brightness for the screens via corresponding knobs. I tend to think that Fenix made a mistake here to dim all displays in the cold and dark panel state. The same happened to PMDG with their improved parking brake logic (to behave as in the real 737). There were several weeks of people asking why they can’t set the parking brake.

Fenix app is unreliable, at least for me. Sometimes I also have blank screens after loading into a flight. Simple restarting of the Fenix app always helps.
Setting them at half-brightness would have made more sense to me, as in VR I had to reduce all of the brightness knobs to a less painful level at the start of each flight.
The ideal would be to allow users to select their own starting brightness level and have it set so that’s how the A320 would load at the start of each flight.
Yes, for me the panel state saving like with PMDG 737 would be the best solution. I guess they will come with that later.
New in this forum, and really want to post a new topic about A320 Fenix Engine 2 Reverse Fault since U10 came out, I found a way to work around it, and would love to share is this the right place?

There is a dedicated long thread to Fenix A320. And isn’t that fixed in the hotfix Fenix released a few moments ago?
Fenix A320 – Lost my contrails
Not sure what happened exactly but I seem to have misplaced my Fenix A320 contrails since either the latest SU10 or the most recent Fenix update.
Real Life got in the way recently so I’ve had no chance to fly, besides one gorgeous morning LFMN~DTTA flight today across the Med. All went well at FL390 but my Fenix refused to produce contrails !
Honestly I haven’t had time to investigate and I am wondering if a new setting needs to be ticked somewhere in the sim, or maybe the Fenix App…
Would anyone know?
Thanks for the assist, Would love to find out, I am reaching out in the Fenix support world to see. Maybe I missed it, I do have the lastest update though. Best!
