[BUG] FALE King Shaka Airport

I’ve just purchased this new addon airport and I’m unable to install it.
The problem is that download and unpacking complete successfully, package is plated on the disk:

Marketplace successfully confirmed the completion of download, but download button still appears on the marketplace product’s page:

On the marketplace list, there is no INSTALLED tag displayed on the FALE tile:

In Content Manager the item appears with DOWNLOAD AVAILABLE (0B) - zero bytes length:

When loaded at the airport gate, there is default MSFS airport scenery, so it seems that MSFS can’t load / recognize this add-on scenery at all?
I tried to delete and re-download package 3 times with no success. Also with MSFS restart.
Other packages I purchased today installed successfully.

Anyone else purchased this item and has the same problem or installed and loaded the airport successfully?

Yes same issue, so frustrating when you pay for something and can’t use it. Now to gather the strength to fill out yet another zen report hoping it gets fixed soon.

Same here. It seems there is something missing the MSFS content manager expects.

Just add the package to the xml file located
AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Content.xml

– Package name=“gaffersimulations-fale” active=“true”

Then it works , why it does that I have NO idea

Did try that before. Doesn’t work on my side. There is also a file for the airport missing in the MSFS user folder (folder “KHE”).

Not a solution for me as well. Added package to Content.xml file, restarted the sim, but still the same. Could you provide more info about what exactly you did to make this work? Some screenshots ideally… Thanks.

Yepp, Gaffa Simulations wrote me and said, it will be fixed soon (by MS / Asobo).

This is still an issue. I have exactly the same problem with bought addons and there seems to be no solution…

That is strange. The airport I bought some weeks ago magically got installed to the sim about a week ago. In my joy I bought another one but that one does not install. There we go again… :slight_smile:

This airport is completely bricked after the update, I constantly get CTD’s - never happened to me before. Anyone else getting this issue?
