Great analysis Chaotic! Thanks a lot. Just a very spontaneous (and probably completely stupid) thought: could it be that the improved Matterhorn has something to do with the Italy update? Since the border between Switzerland and Italy runs through the Matterhorn, maybe the DEM update for Italy messed up the scenery and they had to fine-tune it manually? Have you, by any chance, checked out other areas at the border to Italy? I actually hope I’m wrong and that it‘s the result of some general improvement.
