I had to re-install recently due to some severe glitches after the patch, but although performance in general is better now after a clean install, I do get some really bad pauses no matter what settings I use. I only used to get the occasional micro-stutter, which is pretty normal. Here’s an example, the worst pauses / stutter occur at around 04:30.
