eeehm, not with a 3080 (at least in MSFS). Like I said, you’re probably CPU (maintread) limited, so the 3080 will bring you nothing extra.
The 3080 has plenty of horsepower to be able to drive 4K (until you start running into that mainthread bottleneck again).
For first person shooters, sure, but for this sim it doesn’t work like you’re expecting.
