Any thread with an associated vote should be kept open till there is a general consensus it is fixed. The thread should not be automatically closed by a bot.
Asobo might make marginal changes to a problem, and the original thread is the obvious centralised place for users to post their opinion on the “fix”, whether good or bad. If the thread is closed, how will the user reaction be tracked? The likely result will be several parallel threads being created after each sim update, with all the confusion that always causes.
Where I used to work, when an issue was raise by the customer this would be added to a list of outstanding actions, and would be discussed at each meeting. It was not closed till the customer either was happy with the solution, or decided it was no longer necessary. Why should this be any different?
