Is this a default livery for the plane, or is it custom?
Have you updated this plane? They sent a fix for this out quite a while ago.

I realize it’s a stupid question, but, I just want to make sure, that’s the plane you are flying?
If that’s an addon livery then most likely it’s not compatible with the SIm5 update. Have you tried a different livery?
