Having said that, my build is 4 years old at this point, if I were building today I would base it around 9700X and hold off until 5060 / 5070 are out, with a view to upgrade both whenever the next gen of XBox comes out. Your financial constraints and desire to get onto fs2024 early may not allow for that though.
