this might be related to 3rd party scenery.

if you can rule that out, make sure that you have upgraded all packages in content manager. They need to be upgraded manually after updating the game itself.

if that doesn’t help, it can also be related to rolling cache. Make sure to delete rolling cache file. The game will create new one based on updated data.

First, thanks for the follow up.

I do not have any 3rd party scenery.
All my Content has been upgraded after installing 1.19.8
KDTW is default.
I have never deleted the rolling cache file. I will do that now and then retest.

Just verify, you do not have any flying buildings, correct?

Do you believe in UFO? Lol.
I also read people saying that deleting cache solves it. It is always recomended to cleand cache at each update

have you set custom resolution and LOD to 100? if so that may help to avoid that issue. They are aware of it when any of these values are below 100. Maybe it helps.

I deleted the Rolling cache, set up a new one.
Started MSFS two times now at KDTW and no flying buildings / objects seen.
Looking real good so far.
