Bush Activities in 40th. Anniversary causes CTD's

Hi,

Just that, the Bush Activities in 40th. Anniversary causes CTD’s.

Tried:

  1. Lowering Graphics
  2. Disabling the Community folder from loading

Not sure what’s cuasing it to CTD every time.

Any suggestions out there?
