Stay away form the Marketplace.
So how do you add items to your xbox if you don’t use the marketplace?
You can’t, those of us on Xbox are stuck with the marketplace.
This has just happened to me on PC buying Orbx Samedan. Dunno what to do.
Hai Mr Bleeman, for me the same as for you Buy and Download grey after I click on something…than a message , purchase in progress, and ,Something went wrong, try later, in Green !! all ( I think) options I tried but NON result and Micro soft makes it hard to get a solution !!

if you have flightsim 2020 on steam go to steam website and enable the overlay thats what fixed it for one of my guys
Thanks. I’m actually on the Marketplace version and they did resolve it in time. Microsoft did a reset of some kind in the background to clear out a stuck transaction. It took about 48 hours from the time of my submission on zendesk, but it finished in time for me to take advantage of the sale I was interested in.
