Isn’t an operator of a store legally responsible for offering goods, that are obviously stolen? It’s not the same as the theft of intellectual property itself but I think you can be held responsible too if you‘re offering stuff and are therefor contributing to the distribution of illegal stuff. At least if the theft of or in the product was known or should have been obvious to you.
