Beware indeed, but not Orbx’s behavior. Beware the false information in this thread.
The OP definitely sounds dishonest. I don’t see any deleted posts nor bad responses from Orbx. They said they provided feedback to the developers and responded constructively.
While the lack of fuel services may be a slight annoyance (in fact I always mention it when I review an airport. It’s a common issue with many developers and Orbx explained why), it’s a very marginal problem.
Ultimately, refueling services are entirely cosmetic in MSFS, and certainly don’t see it as a rason to post misleading information on a developer’s behavior, in the strange attempt to negatively impact their reputation.
