Also, Orbx is acting as a Marketplace for several other developers so, EGTK and EGTB are both produced by Pilot Plus. ENNO and ENTO are by ORBX and Nick Cooper part of the Orbx team did respond saying that he has asked the Developers involved to look in to this to see if they can add the missing fuel triggers.
