Hi and posting this on behalf of my son, he’s got an Xbox s and he’s found himself around MSFS very well, he’s purchased the Qatar 777 World Cup plane (we also followed intructions online) it says at the side of plane owned & installed, (and we have been charged) but we can’t seem to find the plane in the aircraft selection for us to select it and get it in our hangar…. Any help would be mush appreciated
Try restarting.That may help but it should show up as soon as you buy it.I don’t use Xbox.PC only.Good luck.
You need to purchase the Captain Sim 777-300ER payware aircraft, it is two separate products . The Qatar Livery pack is just an addon livery. You need the base aircraft for it to show up in your hangar.

Unfortunately you fall for captain sim. This is just a livery for a very mediocre payware plane - don’t buy it!
Simply put, avoid this aircraft add-on. It’s clear there is a different target audience in mind, but that doesn’t excuse this from being value for money. This is perhaps the laziest, weakest and down-right most embarrassing aircraft release I have witnessed and perhaps one of the worst purchases you could make for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Many thanks…. You are correct… I have just bought the livery… so yes we need to purchase the aircraft…. Like I said, am not an expert on this… makes sense now … thanks again
