(Re Symbolic links) Is that the MS Store version? Only the Steam version doesn’t appear to use symbolic links on my PC
Symbolic links are Windows 10.
Running Windows 10 64bit myself, but I seem to recall symbolic links in the old Win2000/XP days (but I could be wrong)
I don’t know.
FS2020 is my first experience with them.
Maybe, I just didn’t know.
Whatever the reason, it is incredibly complicated to send a 150GB+ application to another hard drive to free up room on a drive that is used constantly as opposed to a game that is used less frequently. I was recently herded into a situation where I had to replace a 500GB SSD with a 1TB SSD as my C: drive. All the Windows gurus and their suggestions may be correct, but such an obviously simple solution to an app that requires a significant amount of storage escapes me. Not very happy with the complexity. Prove me wrong!
