ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
When adjusting the instrument lighting rheostat, the Fuel, EGT, Oil and Vac/Amp gauges are staying at a constant brightest setting.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

- Load C&D into C172 and set time to night
- Power on aircraft
- Rotate instrument lighting rheostat and observe the 4 gauges vs. the rest of the insturments
