ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
The RANGE knob on the G1000 PFD/MFD are reversed.
Expected behavior (as per the real G1000):
Turning the knob clockwise (+) increases the visible range on the map, i.e., it should zoom out.
Turning the knob anticlockwise (-) decreases the visible range, i.e., it should zoom in.
It is a bit counterintuitive, but that is how the real unit functions.
Current sim behavior:
Clockwise (+) decreases map range, zooms in.
Anticlockwise (-) increases map range, zooms out.
If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
Verified this issue on C172 G1000 and the DA40NG. It is possible that other G1000 equipped aircraft have this as well.

Yes.

Every time.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Load the C172 G1000
- Turn on electrical power and avionics
- Once the map loads on the MFD, using the mouse (scroll wheel) turn the range knob clockwise and anti-clockwise to check the behavior.
- On the PFD, turn on the inset map using Map/HSI softkey. Turn the range knob to check the behavior.
