In the G1000 C172 the flaps can be operated with power from the essential bus (the standby battery). That shouldn’t be the case.
EDIT: I need to correct myself. The flaps can only be extened with ALT on, BAT off - a combination not possible IRL.

I do not understand why people give hearts for such an unqualified comment. The C172G1000´s standby battery operation does not reflect real life and is therefore valid to be reported and should of course be corrected by Asobo. The essential bus does not drive the flaps. Neither does the alternator in the case of a not running engine.
