ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Heading bug cannot be adjusted with keybind in all views. Works in external view, works in instrument view. In cockpit view you can adjust CW but not CCW.

Default C172, default Caravan

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Assign Heading bug to buttons (I used controller buttons)
2.Once in plane try adjusting heading external view works
3.Once in plane go to cockpit view (internal) can adjust cw but not CCW - In instrument view adjusting heading works
