WT has a 0.1.4 NXi version that’s optional to install in the Marketplace. It was designed to hold over any third party planes that were still natively referencing the old Asobo AS1000 in their code. I kept it installed because the JT-A instruments wouldn’t work right without it (it looked like old Asobo G1000). I was wondering if the mod (s) will now look for the native NXi code instead, or if that’s an upcoming change.

I noticed for a while now that gradual application of full power on T/O results briefly in a redline indication on prop RPM? I know it’s all FADEC so all the control is in the power input, but not sure if anyone else is seeing that?
thats normal on any plane. just that analog guages dont blink

Is there any plans to make a classic variant, im from NZ and at NZAR we only got classic variants of the JTA btw im the 5th member of the JTA club hehe

Steps to get the JT-A working in MSFS 2024:
Copy the JT-A Mod folder into the MSFS Community Folder.
Copy msfslayoutgenerator.exe to the folder and update the layout.json per the video clip below.
Navigate to \ModelBehaviorDefs\C172TDI and open the file “CustomC172TDILogic.xml” using any text editor.
Search for the line that reads (L:WC_WATER_PUMP_SPEED:1) 100 (A:GENERAL ENG OIL LEAKED PERCENT:1, percent) - 100 / * 0.2 max 1 min (>L:OC_OIL_PUMP_SPEED:1)
Change the value PERCENT:1 to ready PERCENT:0 (i.e., it should now look like (L:WC_WATER_PUMP_SPEED:1) 100 (A:GENERAL ENG OIL LEAKED PERCENT:0, percent) - 100 / * 0.2 max 1 min (>L:OC_OIL_PUMP_SPEED:1)
