Good day all
after a long absence from my simming and not yet started to use MSFS which I purchased as soon as it came out.
I am struggling to get back into it!
I tried a short flight plan created on the VFR map between to neighboring towns here in BC
I then loaded a C172 (not G1000) and I had the plan map visible and I took off. I didn’t tell the 172 to use autopilot (I think???)
however the flight appeared to be following the track? about half way through I appear to have lost aileron control (meaning my joystick controls) but the flight still appeared to be following the route. however, control was re-gained after a few minutes!???
I noticed autopilot seemed to be activated although I didn’t do anything to active it for this flight ?.
I’m guessing that the AP had a lot to do with my controls problem?
This is obviously due to my lack of knowledge in what I am doing! Im almost embarrassed to even ask but any assistance would be appreciated
