Yes. It’s all Turboprops not just the 208

@wgpowell3 @TheBlackWind977 Thank you for your Bug Reports.

Can you check whether the engine is running or not, or whether the throttle position is stuck and is causing the issue like in this topic: Landing Challenge Cessna 208 B Grand Caravan Has no throttle?

Cheers

The engine starts out running, but dies. The throttle isn’t stuck. Pressing Ctrl+E or simply flipping the appropriate switches turns it back on. At least in the 208’s situation, the ignition switch is off. Pushing the throttle up immediately doesn’t keep it going.

Thank you for your swift reply and for clarifying exactly what happens

This should be fixed in the upcoming Sim Update 14 Beta.

The TBM930 engine is also off in some landing challenges, i.e. Courchevel.

If you have an issue with the TBM930, you would recommend:
1- look in the forum if someone has maybe already reported it so you can contribute there
2- if not, report the issue by creating a new topic with all the details on how to reproduce it

No

I have tested 2 Landing Challenge with the C208 but the engine stays ON. No idea why for some users they have that engine issue. Maybe a specific MSFS setup or controller configuration ? If Jummivana mentioned it is gonna be fixed in SU14B devs have probably identified a root cause.

I am using version 1.34.16.0 In my case the throttle lever is in place.
On both the Daher TBM930 aircraft and the Cessna 208B it is not possible to control the Throttel and it falls. It’s always due to the “oil pressure” error. This issue occurs in 15 landing challenges, in the following:

-KLAGENFURT LOWK AUSTRIA (TBM930)
-TORONTO CYTZ CANADA (TBM930)
-COURCHEVEL LFLJ FRANCE (TBM930)
-TELLURIDE KTEX USA (TBM930)
-SANT BATHELOMEU TFFJ ANTILLES (TBM930)
-NASSAU MYNN BAHAMAS (TBM930)
-CHAGUAL SPGL PERU (CESSNA 208)
-MRSN SIREN COSTA RICA (CESSNA 208)
-ISAFJÖRDUR BIIS ICELAND (CESSNA 208)
-BUGALAGA WX53 INDONESIA (CESSNA 208)
-LUKLA VNLK NEPAL (CESSNA 208)
-PORTIMAO LPPM PORTUGAL(CESSNA 208)
-MABUIAG YMAA AUSTRIA (CESSNA 208)
-KERAMA ROKR JAPAN (CESSNA 208)
-BARKERVILLE CAS3 CANADA (CESSNA 208)

However, it works well on:
GIRONA LEGE SPAIN
SHELLHARBOR YSHL AUSTRALIA

Should be fixed in SU14B:

I am exactly the same- version 1.34.16.0, really frustrating

Fixed in Sim Update 14.
