when you take off follow instructions, then at the earliest cancel IFR and DONT do flight following, now follow all the way points etc and you will get 100% Airline procedures cause you wont miss any ATC, also means you can do all missions at full speed, IMPORTANT, where possible go between 10,000 and 13,000 ft at VS of 100 fps, when at 13,000 go back down to 10,000 at -100 fps, when ascending and descending c208 seems stable!

You can fly to your destination direct without ever talking to ATC and still get 100% airline procedure.
Just delete the waypoints in the EFB, change the flight plan to VFR, and File with ATC just before take-off.

Saves you the hassle of having to get Flight Following, an IFR clearance, and then cancel the IFR. Now you don’t have to talk to anyone at all, and can speed the sim rate up right after take-off.
It’s not even “cheating” if the conditions actually are VFR. Why bother with an IFR flight plan.

and most IFR can be flown vfr if you are skillful enough
In before the naysayers claim no serious pilot would do that VFR.
I havent tried this but can you do 2-3 “Quick” (take off ALT - N to decent) faster than a full flight?

Go to your companies, select a company, select a plane, then maintenance. Lower left corner there’s a sell button. If it’s greyed out, run maintenance. The sell price will be displayed and you can click the button to sell it.
