Yes, happens 100% of the time.
Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
Pressing the keybind does nothing at all, flipping the switch in the cockpit very briefly illuminates the light but it goes back off immediately. Makes any jump mission with the Caravan impossible. I have no mods, using the Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo throttles.
