C408 Skycourier - Overstress on Load in Career

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

In career when starting a mission with the C408, you are immediately dinged for exceeding max Gs during the loading cutscene.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Always (at least on Freelancer missions).

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Fly a mission with the C408 as a Freelancer in career mode.

Do you set your pax, fuel and cargo weights in the EFB before loading in? Your description does not state any procedural facts. Which airport/mission, any pictures. I think they like to know this info please

I would think that they would know that you can’t use the EFB to set these things in career mode (also it’s a cargo plane without significant passenger weights anyway), that the Skycourier can only be used for Medium Cargo missions, and that being a career mode thing that happens every time, it’s probably multiple randomly generated airports.

Thanks, I actually searched but it didn’t come up for some reason. I might have just been looking in the aircraft subcategory.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Career, medium heavy cargo, employee. Required fuel for distance is hugely overestimated. As a result G-Force exceeded as soon as you enter flight.

Fuel requirements for distance are much less than system says is required.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Every mission: Cargo Medium, employee. (Can’t confrim if true as Freelannce, can’t afford the plane yet).

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Misson, Cargo Medium, Cessna 406 Sky Courier

  2. Fuel & Payload. High fuel required makes gross weight very near maximum.

  3. Start flight. G-Force exceeded as soon as enter the mission.
