If this is a genuine issue and shouldn’t be there, I would recommend submitting this on Zendesk if you haven’t already done so. You can create a new ticket by clicking the “Submit a Request” link here. From here you can select the appropriate reason under “ How can we help?”. Make sure to fill out the appropriate information and provide a screenshot.
You do not have to log in to Zendesk, but logging in allows you to easily track your support tickets in the future.
