Nope, i think once you change the world scale then it would be appropriated for any kind of airplane, because world scale changes everything, runway dimensions, dimensions of buildings, tower, cars, and when you fly the Coasts and how would you see the lands from 1000’, i even tested this and flying where usually I fly, i noticed that at 1000’ it doesn’t look like in reality but changing world scale now it looks natural, you should try increasing it and see if you fit more natural, in my case i don’t go more than 109 or i get everything huge like gauges, for example gauges are standard so if you have been in a real airplane you can try to change it perhaps you would find that 104 is ok for you.
