Is there a place in the sim where we can calibrate the controls? I’ve just plugged in my yoke and pedals and they are way out of whack. Please advise.

Click on Sensitivity for each of your devices in the Options / Controls section.
I suggest you start will “flatlines” - set everthing to zero - see how it reacts during flight, then adjust for personal preference.
It’s also better to do it while you’re in the cockpit. To see if they actually work the way you want it to. Sometimes sensitivity curve doesn’t represent that correctly, depending on your aircraft.

cockpit? To me it seems you have to exit out to get to calibration. I’m new to it though
Yeap. Exactly. That’s why we create separate control profiles for every aircraft. One aircraft will have its own sensitivity curve while another aircraft will have a separate sensitive curve in its own profile.
Calibration is a different process. It’s something to do with the hardware itself. Not how MSFS interpretation of the signal coming from it.
