Unfortunately, after 2 years, we still do not have any camera views like that 
Hopefully by year 3 we’ll have the views that have been in the franchise for so long.
Edit to mention that the camera API is starting to be exposed to developers, which means if MSFS doesn’t add views like that soon it’s likely a third party will do it (kind of like xcamera for X-Plane or chaseplane for MSFS)
